The Chaverim program of the Jewish Federation of Springfield, Ill. presents A High Tea catered by some of Springfield’s finest bakers and chefs. This afternoon event is open to the public and will take place on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013 at 3 p.m. at Temple B’rith Sholom, 1004 S. Fourth Street. Space is limited to a maximum of 230 people. The admission for this fundraiser is $20 in advance or $25 at the door. All proceeds benefit Chaverim, the Federation’s social service program for seniors.
