At 7:00pm on Thursday, September 20, 2018 Mr. Lincoln's Hometown Civil
War Round Table will meet at the National Headquarters of the Woman's
Relief Corps and Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) Museum at 629 S. 7th
Street. The speaker is museum curator, Mr. Chuck Hill, and he will discuss
the major discoveries he has come across as he works to organize and
catalogue a historic collection of donated items from Civil War veterans and
their families including the writings of a prisoner at Andersonville.
The meeting is free and the public is cordially invited to attend.
