Good morning we will be doing round 2 of our biggest loser challenge! Starting Nov.2
So far we have had an amazing time with our dance fitness group! We still have a few sessions left for pt.1 if you would like to come try out a class before pt.2 let us know! Pt.2 will consist of the same but more interactive curvy modified fitness classes. We start at beginners level and work our way up! We also have a cash prize for the biggest loser at the end of the month!!!! A calendar and group will be generated each month for participants as well as support and advice from certified fitness instructors and dietitians. Are You ready for the CHALLENGE?
