Come dance the night away with the dance music of Copland and Golijov along with a little sigh by Elgar!
The passionate playing of the Illinois Symphony Chamber Orchestra musicians resounds with the opening sigh of Elgar’s Sospiri, followed by the pulsating tango of Osvaldo Golijov’s Last Round, and the celebration of the American Pioneer in Copland’s beloved Appalachian Spring.
