Financial Peace University

This fall, Athens Christian Church (1411 E. Route 29) will again offer a study called Financial Peace University (a Dave Ramsey study). The nine-week class will be offered on Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. beginning September 5 as part of the church's Wednesday Night Connection program. The first week will be an orientation.

Dave Ramsey is the author of many books about finances, including Total Money Makeover, and the host of The Dave Ramsey Show.  Dave and his teaching team will walk you through the basics of budgeting, dumping debt, planning for the future, and much more.  Cost of the class is $109, which includes:

·         nine online video lessons, plus online tools, community and financial coaches

·         subscription to EveryDollar Plus, FPU's premium budgeting tool

·         member workbook and materials for all nine lessons

·         Dave Ramsey's follow-up course, The Legacy Journey
